Survive with POISE

Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Hauling Away the Debris. So call this post, a little more self-therapy and coping. A little garbage removal and repair! Yet, Here I am, 1 year and 3 months in remission and looking forward. My nature is self healing, naturally positive and upbeat. Most of my friends and loved ones would say I'm looking splendid and getting along great. Some of you may know that the past year has been a deeper internal struggle than I would care to admit. Survive with POISE: Triathlons - Fuel for Recovery

http://survivewithpoise.blogspot.com/2012/11/triathlons-fuel-for-recovery.html

Friday, November 16, 2012. Triathlons - Fuel for Recovery. It's been about six months since my last surgery and much has happened! First, I have a lot of hair, and I'm in need of an actual haircut. I'm still reluctant though (who would have thought) to cut my shaggy hair. It's now just a bad haircut, and I think some folks think I intentionally cut my hair this way. Owell! Becky lent me her bike and I laced up my big girl shoes, and went. So after becoming a new triathlon fan, watching the big race at Ko...

Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Woot woot - Hair - and her alter ego FiFi! Look at all that wonderful hair! I can actually pass it as a style now, which I'm not sure how I feel about that. Today a hostess (do you call a hostess a hostess if he is a guy? I decided I would just sport and embrace the short haircut I have. HA! Poor wife, he'll probably go home tonight and tell him about "You remember Laura, well you wouldn't believe, she cut all her hair off! I think I can also equate it to the goldfish! And to thin...
