October | 2014 | Surviving the Trip

https://survivingthetrip.wordpress.com/2014/10

The bumpy road to parenthood. Monthly Archives: October 2014. October 31, 2014. And they certainly didn’t mean anything by it but it hurt just the same. Holidays are a beautiful and wonderful occasion to celebrate, laugh, and be with the one you love. I just need to keep reminder myself of this–and of the many ways I can still find joy in these special times–while we wait for our own little pumpkin to arrive. Happy Halloween, everyone. I hope you have a safe and wonderful time! October 30, 2014. I won&#8...

The bumpy road to parenthood. The eye of the storm. January 26, 2015. Another month, another negative pregnancy test result. December | 2014 | Surviving the Trip

https://survivingthetrip.wordpress.com/2014/12

The bumpy road to parenthood. Monthly Archives: December 2014. December 30, 2014. Finding hope in unexpected places. With yesterday’s bad news. I decided that I need to try and build a little more support around myself to start the new year. I’ve been stalling on going to the support groups offered by my fertility clinic, and having very few friends/family trying (unsuccessfully) to conceive, and so I thought that I would check out some new blogs. Is this some kind of joke? These women made it through.

Upside down and inside out | Surviving the Trip

https://survivingthetrip.wordpress.com/2014/11/29/upside-down-and-inside-out

The bumpy road to parenthood. Upside down and inside out. November 29, 2014. The last 48 hours have been nothing less than a roller coaster of emotion. Earlier this month, my husband and I had our first IUI procedure. And we’ve been waiting anxiously ever since to find out the results. So I just couldn’t believe the irony of spotting on the day I was to get my pregnancy test. But there it was, clear as day. I went to the doctor anyway. Kind Words About Surviving. The Book of the Century. Excerpts from Amazon 5-star review. 8220;William Eaton thoughtfully and gracefully examines his experiences as father, wage earner, consumer, citizen, dreamer, ethicist. (Spoiler alert: his son gets the best lines.) For the price of a sandwich plus tax, Eaton’s little book could start you thinking about your own life. When you get to the end, you might even want to read it again.” N.R. Mishkin. The Book of the Century. Order your copy from. For more on...

Surviving the Unknown

Whirlwind of the Unknown. Whirlwind of the Unknown. This year has been an interesting fiasco of a ride with twists and turns every corner! Well my journey technically didn’t obviously start here it surely seems to have made itself more noticeable in the here and now. Me and needles didn’t use to be so acquainted with each other but in the last two years that has definitely changed!
