We are a small, independent charity, providing drop-in facilities for adults of any age experiencing mental health difficulties. We also welcome their carers and family members. We are open two times a week Tuesdays and Thursday 10:00am to 14:00pm. Our service caters for any person living in the Worcestershire area. We aim to provide a friendly, safe, accepting, social environment, where members can enjoy each other's company, mutually support one another and build up their self-esteem and self-confidence.

As a registered charity we rely solely on our volunteers to keep our organisation going. We are very flexible - you can help out for an hour or two, or a whole drop-in session. We need volunteers to give us a hand with:. Setting up our meeting space and tidying up afterwards. Driving (for trips and our annual holiday). Encouraging members to give activities a try. All volunteers are DBS checked (formerly a CRB check). These are kindly provided for us free of charge through Worcester Volunteer Centre.

There is no formal timetable during our drop-in hours. Instead, we’ve found that members prefer to choose what activities they would like to do on the day - spending time on some artwork, playing a board game, or just chatting over a cuppa! Sometimes we have people from other agencies coming to advise our members about the services they can offer. We'll try to let everyone know in advance when helpful visitors like this are planning to be around. Tea / Coffee / Hot chocolate / Soup. Coca Cola / Lemonade.
