Wednesday, June 1, 2011. POOL DEBUT, 2011. Although the pool has been open for almost a month now, it's been too cold for us. We ventured out yesterday though and did pretty well. Thanks to Laura for going with us - we made it almost an entire hour! Owen wore his life jacket, but was getting better at "swimming" on his belly towards the end. AC was in her little floaty, which she basically tolerated. Her favorite part of the pool was the snacks afterward. :). Tee Ball (aka, the bat game). Owen, age 3 1/2.

Grilled Chicken (on my fab new indoor grill pan) w/ Zucchini and Cheese from here. Chicken and Tater Tot Casserole from here. I used shredded chicken instead! We'll be having a family night w/ the Kelley family. Not too sure what the plans are so we'll either eat there or grab something on the way. Bow Tie Lasagna from here. This is soooooo yummy! Even with the parkas over all of our other coats and winter accessories, it was COLD! Owen found the entertainment slightly elusive. Sunday, December 18, 2011. We tried out a pumpkin. Patch all the way in Meridianville. AL this year - WHAT FUN! There was so much to do for younger kids. Besides the obvious patch, there were firetrucks, rides, HUGE slides, bouncies. A petting zoo, tire swings, and so much more. We had a blast with almost our entire Wilbeck. Family. Owen says the firetruck was the "coolest part! The old barrels made into a ride was a close second though! As were the farm equipment slides. Good at the pumpkin patch!
