Classes last 1h15 and are open to adults of all ages, especially women! The dance can be personalized to the needs of each participant and therefore they are accessible for everybody and every body regardless of their level of energy, mobility, size or shape! We usually dance barefoot but you are welcome to use soft dance shoes if you wish to. Yoga mats are optional for the ending meditation but certainly not necessary. I will soon be teaching adult yoga as well! Sign up to receive updates!
