BACK TO ART ROOM. Wednesday, November 14, 2012. First Grade Students learn about the Fantasy Art of Paul Klee. When Paul Klee was a small child, his grandmother read amazing fairytales to him and this inspired him to imagine fantasy lands and images of his own. He once said that he worked all of his life to draw like a child. 1st Grade students will learn about the art of Paul Klee (pronounced "Clay"). They will see that one must use his/her imagination to interpret abstract art. Paul Klee would be proud!
