Friday, July 15, 2011. I made this meal quite a while ago after seeing the recipe on Iron Chef Shellie’s. Site I have cooked a few things from her website and they have all been great, so I knew this would be a winner too which it was. I can’t have chilli without sour cream and avocado, so I added them as well. I will definitely be making this again when I am next in the mood for something quasi Mexican! Oooh, so colourful!
