Rub (I did all these x 6):. 188; tsp cayenne pepper. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1 tsp dry oregano. 1 tsp brown sugar. 25 grinds fresh black pepper. 3 TBSP vegetable oil – optional. I used my turkey pan and it worked well.
