Sunday, May 10, 2015. Blueberry Muffins with Crumble Topping. I made these for the first time this morning for Mother's Day and they were really good. The topping looks like a lot, but when they bake the topping kind-of "shrinks.". 12 reg. muffins/ 8 extra large muffins. 1 1/2 c flour. 3/4 c white sugar. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/3 c vegetable oil. 1 cup fresh blueberries. For the crumble topping:. 1/2 c white sugar. 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Combine all the dry ingredients for the muffins in a bowl.

Here are some funny rules on a box of chocolate that a cousin sent me:. 1 If you've got melted chocolate on your hands, you're eating it too slowly. 2 Chocolate covered raisins, cherries, orange slices, apricots, and strawberries all count as fruit so eat as much as you want. 3 Problem: How to get 2 lbs. of chocolate home from the store in a hot car. Solution: Eat it all in the parking lot. 8 Was too hard to get/read. 10 can't read it either. Pic of the week.

Sunday, February 22, 2015. Edyn's Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling. 1 c of sugar. 1 tsp of lemon juice. 1 tsp baking powder. Optional: 1/2 c of chopped nuts. Preheat oven to 365 degrees. Beat eggs until lemon colored. Gradually add the sugar to the eggs. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. Sift in dry ingredients. Line a 10x15 Jelly Roll Pan (I used a cookie sheet with edges) with wax paper. Grease the wax paper. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. 35 oz of cream cheese.

Sunday, March 1, 2015. Pizza: Hawaiin and Italian Sausage w/ Green Pepper. Carly with her Mini Hawaiian Pizza. Bake: 15 - 20 min. Total: 1 h and 30 min. For 1 Pizza Crust:. 1 TBS / 1 pkg. of active dry yeast. 1 c warm water ( 105 to 115 degrees F). 2 tsp olive oil. 2 and 1/2 c to 3 and 1/2 c flour. Dissolve yeast in warm water in warmed mixer bowl. Add salt, olive oil, and 2 1/2 c flour. Mix on low for 1 min. Continue mixing while gradually adding remaining flour, 1/2 c at a time. Roll out the dough.

Sunday, September 14, 2014. Yesterday I made this because my friend Marian from school came over with her family. The recipe is really easy because you can just follow the recipe for a white cake mix or make your own and then add sliced up strawberries and cream or whip cream. It's delicious and a quick dessert especially for the summer ( if it's still warm where ever you guys live). I'm sorry, but I didn't think to take a picture, but I will add it when I make it again. Served with the poppy seed dressing ( or a blueberry dressing that we have {Jenny's Song}). 1 head of lettuce. 1 can of mandarin oranges. 1 handful or so of cranberries.
