Thursday, June 18, 2009. How Bout Them Apples? June 21, 2009 at 5:30 PM. It is funny how our situation affects our view of things. I worked at a restaurant business myself. I worked as youngster as well and I felt like it was fine.I think I was just excited to have a job to pay for luxurys rather than necessitys. Though I did find myself becoming more judgmental and it was definitely an exhausting and stressful job at some points. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Or Nation of Idiots?

I enjoyed that he not only discussed the problems with fundamental Islam, but also that he gave suggestions about how we, as a nation, can combat these regimes. I totally agree with you there. We hear a lot about he problems with the fundamentalists but rarely do we hear and idea of how to deal with it. July 12, 2009 at 8:48 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

To Eat an Elephant: Grammar Post--Lay or Lie
http://myenglishelephant.blogspot.com/2009/07/grammar-post-lay-or-lie.html
To Eat an Elephant. Saturday, July 18, 2009. Grammar Post- Lay or Lie. Here are a couple of words that I always seem to mix-up- lay and lie. Below is the answer I found on Purdue's Online Writing Lab:. Lay" is to physically place something somewhere. Lay (place) the pencil on the table. Lay (place) the money in my hand. Lie" refers to the act of reclining or lying down. I am going to lie down and sleep. Http:/ owl.english.purdue.edu/purdueowlnews/535. July 19, 2009 at 8:36 PM. July 19, 2009 at 9:19 PM.
