Susie's Survival Story. Diagnosed with breast cancer at 25, this is how she survived. I thought it was time to post an update. October is breast cancer awareness month after all! I had a slew of follow-up appointments over the last month or so. Long story short, I’m still cancer free as far as we can tell. Hooray! October 6 – I had my 18 month follow-up MRI. Yes, the MRI still sucked. It’s seriously the most uncomfortable position I can think of sitting in for 30 minutes! October 30, 2014 at 10:36 pm.

Susie's Survival Story. Diagnosed with breast cancer at 25, this is how she survived. One more to go! I just completed my second last treatment. My second last treatment. Second last. Wow. The end is here. But onto the positives! I am happy, I have medicine that seems to be working, I just finished my second last radiation, and I am about to head out to yoga. Yoga, then a celebratory massage I booked for myself🙂 Tomorrow is my LAST TREATMENT, and I am closing on a house on Thursday! Three more to go!
