We left Casey with Gramma Sally for 3 weeks while we took an epic trip to New Zealand. Grampa Jerry came with us. We stopped over in Hawaii on the way. To see pictures of Hawaii. Once in New Zealand, we rented a campervan and proceeded to drive all around the North and South Islands. Next time, we think we'll just rent a car and stay at B&Bs. Back to home page. Tom and Bob had the ultimate father-son adventure. These are just a few of the hundreds of pictures that the. Guys took on their epic trip to South America. They flew from SeaTac to Atlanta, then to Miami, then Sao Paulo. They arrived in Sao Paulo at about 6:00 am, then flew to Campo Grande, where they boarded a flight to Corumb. There was a Jesus statue similar to the Cristo Redentor (Christ the Redemptor) statue in Rio de Janeiro. Crossing the border into Brazil. This was the boat.

Once again, wanderlust struck. Son Casey had been off to college for a couple of years, so the nest was empty. We thought back: When was. Our last big trip? Tom, Sue, and Casey maxed out their credit cards and used up all of their frequent flyer points to go to Australia. Casey, age 9, had the time of his life - with the added bonus of missing a couple of weeks of school. Surfing at Bondi Beach, just north of Sydney. We visited a wildlife park.
