DECEMBER 2016 - Vegetation clearance - Walsall to Pelsall section:. It all seems to be happening this month and in a positive way for a change. David, Sustrans new ecologist, visited the volunteers in October and gave some good advice on how to manage the Greenway i.e. the Walsall to Pelsall section. David could see that the volunteers do what they can and are doing a good job but even with the the support of the CP team, they needed help. Group and Sustrans new management team to discuss the situation.

Pelsall, it's a lovely village with a lot of history as can be seen by the. Entry and a few photos below. In the past it looked like this. What was Pelsall station, is now part of Sustrans NCN 5 and Greener Greenways project. I used to be a Sustrans Ranger with the Walsall to Lichfield group but they disbanded a few years ago.
