They are kind of cake like in a way but also brownie like too. really good! 1 c butter, melted. 5 Tbsp. coco. 1/4 tsp. salt. 1/4 tsp. baking powder. 1 1/2 c. flour. Combine butter, coco, sugar and mix. Then add vanilla and mix. Then add eggs and mix. Then add salt, baking powder, and flour and mix good. Then pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Cheesy Tortellini Spinach Bake. 1 pkg cheese Totellini. 4 oz bacon, cut in cubes. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 Tbls. flour. 3/4 tsp. salt. 1/8 tsp. pepper. 1 1/2 tsp. basil. 2 c roughly chopped fresh spinach. 3/4 c grated mozzarella cheese, divided. 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese, divided. Cover pan with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes before serving. Posted by Suzie Q.

Monday, October 6, 2014. Egg beaten with a little milk. 1 or 2 zucchini. Cut Zucchini in slices. In skillet heat melt the butter. Then dip zucchini in egg/milk mixture and then coat with flour. Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Finally, Summer is here! And the Show Lambs have arrived! Gymnastics came to an end! Clay can't wait to sign up again next fall. He is pretty good and fearless. June also included a trip to Outer Limits for some game time fun! Father and Sons ward camp out. Clay passed Level 1 and moved on to Level 2. One of the youngest to ever do that in the first week! I was very proud of my boy! We celebrated Daddy on Father's Day! We all are so thankful for him and all he does for our family!

I had already gotten a new camera, but who wouldn't want a Sonicare Toothrush too? After church we ate dinner at Dirk's parents house with a few siblings and cousins in attendance. After dinner Grandma took the kids for a walk up to the apple tree. It was such a beautiful day that most everyone joined in. I must say that I LOVE my life and my family!

Tuesday, April 21, 2015. Easter Weekend NY Trip. This is the view of Freedom Tower as you walk out of Marc's building. Being there is so cool! We took the boys to dinner at the Peking Duck House in Chinatown. We ordered the specialty- the peking duck! To serve it, the waiters bring it in whole after it is cooked and carve it table side. Our boys are so adventurous- they loved their meal and tried everything! We enjoyed a sushi night! The light sabers in particular were a huge hit! Easter Weekend NY Trip.

Monday, October 27, 2014. A Visit from Uncle Muck and Auntie D. Uncle Muck and Auntie D came to visit us in late July. The boys always have so much fun with. Them- and Paul and I really enjoy this chance to catch-up with the NY Blanes. We spent a nice afternoon at Longwood Gardens, enjoying the weather and the beautiful and interesting flowers, trees and plants. Thursday, October 23, 2014. The kids had a blast doing all sorts of fun things, but the highlight for them was swimming! Jack loves his Mimi!
