Framboise: February 2011
http://halloumi-paella.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, unless one has dined well" - Virginia Wolf. This blog is inspired by Framboise, the lead character in one of my favourite books, Five Quarters of the Orange (Joanne Harris). Joanne's descriptions of food are divine and sum up my attitude towards eating as an experience not to be wasted. I can thank my adoration of food to my family, esp my mum, the best home cook ever, and my granddad who taught me never to cut corners and enjoy the process. 2 sprigs of thyme.
