In three words I can sum up everything I have learned about life: It goes on – Robert Frost. On reaching a milestone…. August 5, 2015. What do they call middle age now? I think I’ll look it up…. The period after early adulthood and before old age, about 45 to 65. Well that’s a relief, I thought I was past it! Looks like I’ve still got some time to go. Whew! According to quite a few of my friends and family, I’m now officially old and ailing quickly. A couple of days ago saw me celebrate my half century.

I’ve had a bit of a big week with this back/head thing. Yesterday when the head spins started, I made a frantic call to my GP who worked back late last night so that she could see me.
