But we ALWAYS have ingredients for homemade potato chips. EASY and Yummy. And only 3 ingredients. Oil, salt and potatoes. Slice them super thin (I use my cheese grater slicer). Fry in 1 inch of oil. Monday, February 7, 2011. Busy, busy, busy. Well, we aren't really that busy, just don't find a lot of time to update our blog.obviously! The girls are growing like weeds! Other that that, we are getting ready for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and SPRING! I'm ready for the warmer weather and playing outside! Feeding Baby Lauren aka Baby Lulu. Ella in her Princess Witch outfit. Playing outside - December! We can't have a box around without it turning into a boat. They both loved Santa.

Monday, December 14, 2009. A Visit with Santa - 12.12.09. We went to see Santa on Saturday. We walked to our downtown area (which is the reason that Kate's nose is so red! Ella told him that she wants Tinkerbell and a candy cane because they were right next to him in a basket. Santa gave her one and she ate the entire thing! I say yuck, but she loved it! Monday, December 7, 2009. It's been so long since I have updated.not sure why. Just haven't found the time. Kate is now 8 months old! A Visit with Santa...

We have been Duct Taping EVERYTHING. Old coffee cans (for banks and crayon holders), paper towel rolls, wrapping pencils, making bookmarks, etc. Hugs and happy crafting! SO much has happened in our lives, it feels like it has flown by and it also feels like it has crawled. We have made some big decisions, including moving to a new city (closer to my side of the family) homeschooling the kids at home (since we moved away from their school), and Tommy left his job to start a new business.
