We manufacture gear hobs from module 0.2 to module 30, or in Pitch style from 20 mm to 305 mm in diameter. The hobs are supplied according to standard or, more commonly, in accordance with your needs and specifications. Depending on application, we design the hob according to profile, diameter, number of starts and number of flutes. Hobs for splines, chain sprockets, pulleys and special profiles are also available. The hobs are produced from Swedish high speed PM steel or from carbide.

Conical saw tooth cutters. We manufacture saw tooth cutters in straight, as well as conical models. Straight model cutters are manufactured as single cutters or in sets. Standard cutters are produced up to a length of one meter. Cutters in extended lengths are available upon request. Our cutters can be supplied from TPI 36 in single or variable Pitch. Our cutters are produced from Swedish high speed PM steel. This together with the SVA standard ensures the high quality of our saw tooth cutters.
