Jonathan's parents and sister just moved to Redmond area from Kansas city - we are quite excited about this! Having family close by is pretty amazing - both from a mutual support and a grandparents/aunt relationship point of view. Emily is also very excited, and always asking to go to Grandma and Papa's 'new house' :).

The Adventures Continue . A site to chronicle the adventures that make life worth living! Sunday, October 27, 2013. I'm a runner again . did i just say that? So I've been running a bit more this year - had to get in shape for the 1/2 ironman . and then decided to do a 1/2 marathon this fall. It's fun, I love running . and really like the balance of running and biking . with the odd swim thrown in. I feel less tired, and my muscles have time to regroup after a hard run/ride. Vertical feet climbed: 2600ish.
