Vendredi 8 août 2014. 4 août – Le Bic – Iles Les Pélerins (71MN) – Jour 383. Éole n’est vraiment pas de la partie ces jours-ci. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas progresser à voile, mais l’avantage, c’est qu’il n’y a pas de vagues. Il faut voir le bon côté des choses! I will have a hard time leaving for hurricane season.Another reason is continued persistent wind,we missed a weather window to cross over while we were flying back and will wait again for possibly several weeks for another. Sailing with the Missing Link. Saturday, January 7, 2012. We have had a couple of cool nights,in the 50`s but tonight is gorgeous with a blazing orange sunset.Mike hasn`t gone fishing here but helped a fisherman clean his catch and was rewarded with a nice strawberry grouper. The docks are not full,business is very slow in the islands.We got an excellent dockage rate that included electric,water and cable and they have clean showers ,pool and restaurant and bar. Sailing with the Missing Link. Sunday, December 14, 2014. Lake Worth to Green Turtle. E left the Lake Worth Inlet on Thursday afternoon on the way to Great Sale Cay with two other boats, Lee Ann and Madeline. We had a good crossing, about 4 ft swells with a 12 second period on our stern quarter. It wasn't a great crossing, but it wasn't bad either.
