IT46 is a Swedish-based IT consultancy company with a vision: knowledge transfer to recipients to promote social change. We are convinced that information technology can play an important role in making development sustainable, but since information by itself is not knowledge, we aim to share knowledge rather than simply transfer information. Since 2004, we have taken this approach in more than twenty projects, from the design to the implementation and training. Education and Training in ICTs.

In the last years, we have:. 2006: Implemented an online tool to create locales for OpenOffice.org. 2007: Implemented an online portal for the Iraq Programme of the Olof Palme Center. 2007-2007: Implemented four wireless community networks in Uganda and Nigeria. 2008: Implemented main NOC services for Universidad Autonoma Nacional de Honduras. 2008: Coordinated the localization of 23 security softwares into four languages.
