My Spinal Operation 2013. My laminectomy Operation 2013. Visions Of The Future. Confined to bed again. I do not watch TV during this time but rather use it to meditate. I find the peace, quiet and solitude are wonderful. It has taken me a long time to get away from TV but I know it is one of the best things I have done. I am trying to improve my voice. One of the hallmarks of the true voice is how compressed you sense it is. I always feel as if I am holding my breath when singing, the breath is coming out so slowly.
