Happy Birthday, Christopher Michael. Wednesday, June 1, 2011. I don't need a 6 pack i just want to slim down. So i did it! I woke up and did hip hop abs (this is what i always SAY i'm going to do but NEVER actually do it) I ate really healthy all day long, cleaned the house all day bc we showed it tonight, then i went out for a jog from 8:45-9:10 then did sit ups!
