Sunday 14 October 2012. रोशनी के द्वार ही सुहाने होते है. चौखट पे इसके, दूरियां कम हो जाती है. अंधकार असमंजस है. लक्ष्य की राह भी इसमें खो जाती है…. क्षण क्षण गलना मोम की तरह. विश्वासघात है जीवन के संग,. अस्तित्व को पहचानो अपने. भर दो उसमें सारे रंग. सपनीले संसार की आयु जल्दी ढलती है. वासत्विकता की कठोर धरा पर. ही ज़िंदगी पलती है…. शमशानी वैराग्य पालने से. बागों में ना तो फूल खिलते है. और ना सांसों की बांसुरी पर. सुख के गीत तैरते है…. आओ आदत हम डालें…. As the name suggests it is made during the Harvest Festival that is Pongal. 1 cup Moong Dal (actually u can add ½ cup but I prefer 1 cup). 1-1/2 cup Sugar (If you are a sweet person, then can add 2 Cups). Cook Rice and Dal together with 5 – 6cups of water.
