Bob started playing guitar in 1965 at the age of eight. His first guitar was a used Sears Guitar (probably the one once owned by David.) He played in many no-name garage bands through grade school while learning his chops. In high school, Bob played in a band named Substance Of The Unknown which was later shortened to Substance. Inspired by the likes of Buddy Holly, Richie Vallens and Elvis, David bought his first guitar through the Sears and Roebuck catalogue. With the help of a friend they found a guitar teacher. There weren’t many non-purists who would teach Rock music in 1961. He and a group of friends started a band called The Fables who were known for their rendition of "Little Darling.". Drop us a line. Kevin lives in Penn Township. When he is not hard at work as the General Manager of Northland Ford in Zelienople, he’s hard at work making music. In addition, he’s quite the outdoorsman.
