Anyway I managed to walk about on it all night and most of sunday before having to go to the doctors. Found out I screwed it up pretty good. Should be better soon. Wednesday, 3 October 2007. I love this sport, even though it's really not much of a sport. Just a way of movement. Parkour is simply getting from A to B as fast as you can, without taking the routes that normal people do. It's how humans should move if we didn't have paths and walls to keep us going certain ways. We have just grown used to walls as an impassible object, not an obstacle. Free running on the other hand, is everything parkour, including flashy stuff like flips and big jumps. Mmm, sexy Kev!
