Book this cosy Ground Floor Flat, located in the heart of old Swanage town close to the historic and picturesque Mill Pond for a wonderful relaxing holiday by the sea. To confirm bookings a refundable deposit of 100 is required. The balance of the rental fee, plus a 50 per week cleaning deposit is to be paid 28 days before the start of the holiday. The cleaning deposit will be refunded, by cheque within 7 days of departure, assuming the flat is left clean and tidy. 02 Jan – 26 March ( 2016.
