Thursday, December 27, 2007. Remove traffic signals to control traffic! I have always said that driving in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh is much less risky than driving in State College, Pennsylvania. The inherent chaos of a small Indian city traffic makes people much more alert and forces them to rely on common sense. You don't have to look at ten traffic signals; just be cautious all the time.
