Monday September 29th, 2014. The idea to issue FIRs at doorstep came about to solve these issues. Three vehicles were sought to be deployed initially to test the system. These vehicles were stickered with graphics designed by School of Planning and Architecture in Vijayawada. The vehicles were equipped with a laptop, printer/scanner, UPS and Internet dongle put together in a rubber padded wooden frame designed to withstand vehicle vibration.
