May 6th, 2011. Today’s lunch is inspired by the panini. Since there is no bread on this plate, a great substitution is some Boston lettuce leaves. I enjoy the crispness of this lettuce and there is much less water than an iceberg variety. 1 tomato, 2 strips of bacon, olive oil mayo, 1 egg. Enjoy! May 5th, 2011.

Spent all weekend doing strength training in the form of cleaning out the garage and tilling the garden in prep for planting. Tilling was going fine until the motor mount bolts fell out of the borrowed tiller and the belt fell off. Was only about 3/4ths of the way thru the garden. Grrrrr. Keep living the life! Michael E. Not a lot of time this morning, or a ton of stuff to talk about, so I'm just going to jump right in with the weigh in. Starting weight: 192 lbs. Last week Weight 183 lbs. Today's weight: 182 lbs.
