Slingin Lingo: productivity burps
http://slinginlingo.blogspot.com/2011/06/productivity-burps.html
Ruminations syphoned from the Oil Can and garnished herbiberously. Monday, June 27, 2011. Judging by where I woke up Sunday morning, it didn't figure to be a productive day. After a Friday evening, where I imbibed a tad too liberally, I woke up in full-hermit mode Saturday afternoon and shunned invitations to pick up beds and watch fireworks, in favor of trudging down Papineau to Ontario to find some kind of nourishment before visiting my girlfriend's cat, which I said I'd do last week. I asked, shocked.

Slingin Lingo: November 2010

Ruminations syphoned from the Oil Can and garnished herbiberously. Monday, November 29, 2010. They ask and beg of us and they do indeed take from us, through our feudal payments to the federal government. These donations are ladled out to a long line of social handouts like addictions counseling, find work programs and affordable housing. It is truly disgraceful and discouraging to think of what our hard-earned pay is promoting. As a by-product of our ‘going homeless’ we would have no trouble...All we ha...

Ruminations syphoned from the Oil Can and garnished herbiberously. Sunday, January 30, 2011. I'm sure we've all been following what's been happening in Egypt this past week or so with great interest. It's encouraging to see such an organic and natural movement gain steam against a complacent and seemingly corrupt government. Even more so, it's amazing to hear that the army is not taking a side at this point and is allowing the protests to continue so long as they stay non-violent. January 11, 2008:.

Slingin Lingo: the most interesting neighbour in the world
http://slinginlingo.blogspot.com/2011/07/most-interesting-neighbour-in-world.html
Ruminations syphoned from the Oil Can and garnished herbiberously. Wednesday, July 6, 2011. The most interesting neighbour in the world. Granted, I've only been on speaking terms with him for the past month or so, but I'm starting to think my neighbour in the apartment here might just be the world's most interesting man. I first got to know him one Saturday afternoon this spring, when Fitz, Tamoobs and myself stopped in at my place to grab a thing or two before heading out to (or was it back from? He was...

OH GOOD CHRIST! Anyhow, my boy Patch came up with an awesome band name the other day: Kinipshinfit. He thought it was a good metal band name, but when I hear Kinipshinfit. Today is goin...
