Haha anw. the past week of jogging n training in the gym is all wasted. ytd n tdy. i ate all the fats back. Its like my weight frm 77 become 73. wah 1 week only. run 2.4 in the morning n night. then swim. then no carbo for 5 days. then i ate lots of stuff ytd n tdy. haha. WAH lao. i tink my weight is 75? Haha damn. nvm. nx week i shall run n swim again. N this was the student's ans:.

My pract work was alright. but my IPC pract test i think i made some careless mistakes in my calculation. hoho. see how. bio pract on thurs must study my gram staining. So many tests nx week. shd start studying soon. haha. Ok i shd start doing my tutorial hmwk. or else my maths tchr might call my mum. haha. Quote of the day.

Had grad dinner last nite.come to tink of it.i left the house at daylight and returned at daylight the nxt day.haha.returned hm at 7 am. ppl go to work i go home. enter the mrt station when its qt dark.come out of the tunnel its daylight.gosh.but the grad dinner was nt bad, the emcee was qt good at yandaox was pretty entertaining.haha.hoho.hehe.
