Thursday, February 23, 2006. Generalizations of the inhabitants of Scandinavia. I'm taking an intercultural communications class this semester, taught by a very enthusiastic and somewhat eccentric Swedish professor. So this is what I learned. Of course, these are generalizations, but take it with some humour. :p. NEVER assume all Scandinavians are the same (even though their flags are alike, just with different colors). The Norwegians love their natural environment. They're also polite and speak neutrally.

She loves to be helpful and cries when it is someone else’s turn to set the table. She adores her siblings and is loving having them home for the summer. She has been fearless in trying lots of new things this summer from camp, the cabin, road trips, fishing, boat rides, beaches, back-yard pools, cross-town bike rides…she embraces it all!
