My Background is in organic agriculture, which I studied at the University of Kassel in Germany. Beside that, I am an expert in botany and permaculture. As tree crops are a sustainable way to produce food, I have done research on that. I came to the oak genus, which is found in the whole northern hemisphere and which has a long history as human food.
