Friday, January 23, 2009. I was asked to make a cake with fondant icing. Even though I've taken classes by my mentor Cara Linn. I still was a little nervous about doing this. This is my first hand at a cake for order. One was for a my friend Kelly's birthday and the other was for a baby shower. They both turned out well and having chocolate fondant helped tremendously. I made them and tested them out to my co-workers. The Lemon Coconut was a flavor one of my co-workers, Brianna, thought up and it was a hit!
