We drove in from our campsite just outside of glacier, got set up and got our lunches packed before we headed out for a hike. Avalanche Lake was recommended to us, so we decided to give that a try! They finished it off and liked it. I don't plan on making this quiche again. Partly because I don't like tomatoes and partly I just wasn't a fan of the overwhelming sausage flavor. The second recipe I chose to broaden my cooking horizon was Shrimp Scampi by The Pioneer Woman.
