Yesterday, I looked back at her in her big girl car seat, drinking her sippy cup of milk and realized I don't have a baby anymore! It feels like I was just holding her for the first time and now she is crawling circles around me! This past year has meant more to me than any part of my life! Ike and I have really took on this parenting role and forgot what it was like before her! Everything she does is precious to us!

Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Ike had TWO Valentine's! Brinks invited all of her friends over for breakfast, some yummy treats and playtime! Everyone had fun watching all 10 little ones playing! If our group keeps growing at this rate we will have to start renting a space to get together! Later Ike came home with ROSES for Brinkley and me! It was precious. He made a picnic in the backyard and spent sometime being her Valentine! Probably the only Valentine he will let her have until shes 25 haha!

Friday, May 14, 2010. Home made Paneer or Tofu. I thought to start writing more on my cooking success as well, just so I can improve upon just like knitting. This week I tried my hand making Paneer (as called in India) I think its the closest to tofu. Simply put I find it very easy to make it at home with just milk and lime, the best part I like is, Paneer is just so fresh and soft. From few months I have actually stopped buying that outside.
