From a very early age food has been a huge part of my life. A lot of chefs have these stories of how they were inspired by great cooks in their lives growing up. My mother was a pretty terrible cook so for me it was either learn to cook or starve. (Love you mom, but it’s true). Le Cordon Bleu (Austin) here I come! Le Cordon Bleu was a wonderful experience, I loved culinary school so much I even got a perfect attendance certificate! Thank you for your love and support!
