When I was ordering from a scout mom at work, I decided to just get the kernels because there are endless flavor options. I decided to start from the basics. Doesn't this look yummy? We have tacos frequently at our house. This is a nice way to do tacos but change things up a little bit. The original recipe is here. This was really good and it didn't last long - everybody had two big helpings! Here's the recipe after I made some changes to it. You can go here for the original recipe. 1 pound ground turkey (or ground beef). 1 packet taco seasoning mix (or make your own mix with this homemade taco seasoning recipe. 1 can (16 oz.) diced tomatoes.
