He glides overhead, sometimes with some pesky crows trying to nip at his heels, but he looks at them with disdain and does exactly what he set out to do. Good life lesson there. We keep binoculars. Monday, April 18, 2011. We used all the recommended ingredients. I figured even if it went badly, we could eat the ingredients later. We had a lot of salad left over. Our project. Really a labor of love. This is what our eggs were supposed to look like. NOT! Peyton Grace said when she looked at the cover again "They mock us! Tuesday, December 21, 2010. We've Been Good, But We Can't Last. The Christmas fun continues. Yesterday our fun started with the annual attempt at Christmas pictures. And it went about as well as it usually does. 100 pictures later, still not one that I'm completely happy with. Nonie got this cute little Gap dress and Polka Dot Boots for the munchkin. Aren't they so sweet. And the red peacoat. Cute as a lady bug. Here she was yelling about something. And Chaney was doing various dramatic poses.

Her sweet husband Andy asked us (Me and Liz) to help throw her a surprise party. and of course we said "hell yeah". He ended up inviting 150 people including kids (what! It was a lot of fun and hopefully she enjoyed herself even though she told us to "just say no" next time he asked:). Shockingly we had a lot of this left. Are they related or what?

Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Take me out to the ball game. Grace is playing baseball - which if you have seen or talked to her you already know! She is telling everyone. It is in the challenger league for kids with special. Needs and so the kids are given buddies to help make it more like an organized game than chaos on a baseball field. She was thrilled with her first practice and is counting the days until her game. The first pic is her official. It was such a great experience - I can't wait to see a game!
