Wanderlust: April 2010
http://tiffanyfritzler2.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 11, 2010. It's the final countdown! I'm not going to lie; I'm pretty apprehensive about writing this blog. I have read quite a few travel blogs lately, and they all seem incredibly witty, insightful and full of adventure. Either way, I have to write it, I'm looking forward to writing it and I hope that you all enjoy it =). First things first (as first things normally are). I'm writing this blog for MIISP. In three weeks for a month with a UM group called ATRAVES. We are going to run hea...

Postcards: March 2009
http://krooke.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
March 26, 2009. That was a really nice day. I read, I napped, I swam, I got a safe, protected tan in some places and angry red sunburns in others, and had a general good time. Wait, brainwave. It depends on what kind of customs form you put on the package. If it’s the little green one, it goes to Fann. If it’s the big white one, it goes to Colis Postaux. Perhaps there world is a logical place after all. Nothing bad happened, and as it turned out, my host mom, Anita, and Moussouba all voted! 8221; with bi...

Postcards: Spring Break
http://krooke.blogspot.com/2009/04/spring-break.html
April 7, 2009. Photos from my spring break. Last week, during my spring break, I traveled to the southern region of Senegal, called Casamance. It’s known for its lush, green landscape, gorgeous sandy beaches, and the Diola people who live there who have carefully guarded many of their traditional cultural practices. Also, the violent separatist movement. Would operate much the same way as other modes of transportation in Senegal – stuff as many people in as possible. It would get dangerously ov...In 2002...

March 20, 2009. Hello all. I finally got my pictures from my weekend in Saint-Louis to upload. Danville to Dakar: FIN (for now)
http://danvilletodakar.blogspot.com/2010/06/fin-for-now.html
A study abroad blog: Spring Semester 2010 in Dakar, Sénégal. Thursday, June 3, 2010. I've got to wrap this up, but it's hard. Hard because I haven't really "finished" with Dakar or Senegal or Africa, hard because I don't know how I can improve upon the blogged goodbyes that have come before me. I'll quote one post and link to the other, because I think these two say it as well as I could ever hope to. This is Mairéad O'Grady's final post, "You say goodbye, I say hello.". As for my own "goodbye"? I didn&#...
