I gathered all my ideas on Pinterest and went to work. Our Little Piece of the World. Monday, April 27, 2015. Normally a rain storm doesn't bother me, but this one just seemed more dangerous than others. I got out of bed and found my cell phone to check my weather app. The somewhat reliable app showed three weather warnings, including a tornado warning which didn't help put me at ease. I looked out several other windows to check the trees by light of the electricity flickers in the sky. They still waved with fierce strength. But then I also was thinking.

Our Little Piece of the World. Friday, December 26, 2014. My kids can find the easiest ways to entertain themselves. We keep the Easter eggs out all year long, zipped away in a tidy little bag, and tucked in the toy box. Why? Because Brazos loves to fill the eggs with candy from the candy jar and hide them around the house for Sandy to find. We have Easter egg hunts on a weekly basis around here.
