Today I baked my first recipe from Martha Stewart’s Cupcakes – Applesauce-Spice Cupcakes – as part of Project Cupcake. My lesson learned is that I should spray the paper cupcake liners with a bit of cooking oil before pouring the batter in so that they come off the cupcakes cleanly.
