Friday, May 27, 2011. Most people in Colorado don't have a pool in their backyard;. There just aren't enough warm months in the year to make it worthwhile. Being from Texas, we really miss swimming in a private pool. While Robert and I worked in the yard, Easton and Avery decided to drag up these tubs from the basement, fill them with water and call them a "pool.". Pretty resourceful, if you ask me. Kinda white trash if you ask the neighbors. :). Makeshift swimming pool.love it! May 27, 2011 at 3:09 PM.

Thursday, May 26, 2011. We have partial season tickets to the Rockies, so if Robert and I don't go together, we take turns taking one of the kids. We usually take the Light Rail into downtown Denver simply because the kids LOVE to ride the "train.". We always have such a great time and I really enjoy getting to spend special time with each of the kiddos. Avery - Waiting for the Light Rail. She LOVES being on the train! Thursday, May 26, 2011. Father's Day 2010 - CAMP OUT! I found the GREATEST Father's Day gift for Robert this year! At least, I was excited about it! While at Sam's one day, I ran across this AMAZING 8 person POP-UP tent! That's right NO POLES! Now, I'm not one you'd consider a "camper," but with a 30 SECOND pop-up tent,. Who ISN'T a camper? So, we surprised Robert with a backyard camp out! Did he ask for a tent? Did he want a tent? Um, not necessarily. So, the night started out GREAT! Cute Pic with Dad.

Thursday, May 26, 2011. Our very own Venus Williams. On the trolley in Denver. Avery is very serious about getting her hand stamped each lap! Hanging out with friends at Southlands. Emerson - 18 months. I just want to nibble her up! That's it for May. I'm trying to catch up again. I'm about a year behind at this point, but I'll keep working on it! Goodness, she is growing up! And Emerson, too! She is so stinkin cute! Hope we get to see yall sometime this summer if we come down that way! We would love it!
