A colorful diary of my sweetest dreams come true! Thursday, October 13, 2011. Hot Pink Zebra, Polka Dots and Stars Quinceanera Cake. My new favorite cake, it fed 200 people! Top tier was red velvet cake with chocolate ganache filling and cream cheese filling. 2nd and 4th tier were vanilla cake with vanilla italian meringue buttercream. 3rd tier was Devils food chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate italian meringue butter cream. Zebra's stripes and stars. My best scroll work ever ;).
