We are pleased to be able to use the First Unitarian Congregational Society Chapel in Brooklyn Heights as our distribution center. Pick-up is on Wednesdays from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. First Unitarian is located at the corner of Monroe Place and Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights; the chapel’s entrance is on Pierrepont Street between Clinton Street and Monroe Place. Please be sure to bring your own bags; you may want to also bring containers for delicate items like berries or tomatoes. 2, 3: Clark Street.

Sweet Pea CSA partners with Garden of Eve farm in Riverhead, NY on the east end of Long Island. Your commitment to a local farm, as a CSA member, allows growers like Garden of Eve to maintain productive and profitable small farms and ensures the survival. CSA members receive weekly or biweekly distributions of fresh, organic, local vegetables. Members can also choose to add fruit, eggs, flowers, meat, cheese, bread, and a pickles/preserves option! The Food - Sweet Pea CSA

The vegetable share runs from June to Thanksgiving for 24 weeks. It includes enough vegetables for two large vegetarian meals per week or side dishes for the whole week. Vegetables include but are definitely not limited to heirloom tomatoes, mesclun salad mix, zucchini, baby corn, summer squash, cucumbers, lettuces, beets, carrots, pumpkins, gourds, and winter squash. You can view a harvest schedule on the Garden of Eve website to learn more about what types of vegetables are available during the season.
