Sweet Peas and Sours. Cambridge, cocktails, food, garden and travel. Friday, 12 February 2016. A pretty pink cocktail, just in time for Valentine's Day. Not that I believe in nonsense like pink drinks. Rhubarb and rose love. Couple drops rhubarb bitters. Couple drops Aphrodite bitters. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker or a large glass. Add plenty of ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a dried rose petal. Saturday, 12 December 2015. A Christmas apple punch.
