You can really taste the seasoning. Made the Sausage and Prawn Creole last night. It was the bomb! I loved the deep, smokey flavours and found them extremely more-ish! They'd be perfect for a summer barbeque but you'd have to cook a lot as they are very difficult to resist. I love the spices. I chopped up the Tennessee Country sausages and put them in scrambled eggs. Perfect! I love the Louisiana Cajun sausages. Finally able to make my gumbo recipe taste like it should!
