http://myfavouritetaste.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
It's All About Food. Saturday, September 29, 2012. Have you tried the latest product of McDonald's? The mighty taste of Japan: Samurai Beef Burger, Sakura McFizz and Katsu Curry McShaker. Well, there is a funny story of mine to try this new product. I must say this new product is really very popular at Kluang because it is always out of stock! I love the flavor of the Katsu Curry, just a little bit too salty. Gosh, I finally can taste the new burger but I can't have the full set! I didn't really enjoy my...

It's All About Food. Saturday, August 20, 2011. Suchan, is famous for its cake and dessert. Thank to my ex-boss, I got the chance to try out this restaurant as my farewell party. We went for its newly open branch at The Curve where the location is a bit not strategic as it is situated at the Link Bridge between The Curve and e-Curve, quite hard for people to find it. We started our meals with Top Hats (Pie Tee). Top Hats (Pie Tee)@RM4.00 for 2 pcs. Fish Cake, served with Thai sauce@RM6.00. Layers of almo...

Sweet Talks: December 2008

Tuesday, December 2, 2008. Fun Time in the Garden and Some Dog Humour. Loves his playtime in the garden. He has come to treat the garden/lawn as his personal territory. Even from inside the house, he would lie down near the sliding door with an open view of the garden. At the first sight of any creature that happens to cross his precious territory, he would sprints off to chase the creature away! Some tickling fun that I saw this in the dailies the other day. I am sure. Links to this post.

Sweet Talks: November 2007
http://sfmstalks.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 29, 2007. What's up, Dog? What's up, dog? Julius is now 4.5 months old. Oooh, time flies. He has grown much in these last 2 months. But one time remains unchanged - his ". In fact, my family always commented that never had they seen a dog that behaves so "thamjiak" after which my mom would proclaimed that I should feed him more. But trust me, even if I tripled up his food intake, I strongly doubt that he would change this part of his character which is also somewhat endearing. Attack o...

My Cooking Escapades: June 2010
http://mycookingescapades.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 21, 2010. It has been almost two months since my daughter got married and I have been too busy with work to blog about this happy event of mine. Sylvia and Andrew were married at the Church of St Mary of the Angels on the 24th of April 2010 and the wedding banquet was held the next evening in the Grand Ballroom of The Regent Hotel. Hubby walking Sylvia down the aisle. I was actually quite nervous about making these cupcakes as I have never made them covered in fondant. My previous cupcak...

My Cooking Escapades: November 2010

Monday, November 29, 2010. Caught Rachel Allen on cable TV a couple of nights ago and she was teaching a bunch of students to bake this Dutch Apple Cake. What attracted me was the way the butter and milk was incorporated into the eggs. The eggs and sugar was whisked to the usual figure of 8 stage and then the hot melted butter/milk misture was whisked in before the flour was folded in. Apple slices were then laid over the batter and sugar sprinkled over the top just before baking. A Baby Shower Cake.
