August 13, 2015. The Paloma Cocktail OOTN Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale Start Date Confirmed! Last night, I headed out with girlfriends to a couple of spots around town. The Westendorff. That just opened up on St. Philip Street a few weeks ago was my absolute favorite! From their oyster po'boy sliders and gnudi to their amazing fries and spare ribs, let's just say I'm definitely going back their again soon! Everything on their cocktail list looked amazing too.
